THE BIG GAME

All playing the same game..
This game called Life.

Some blessed with a headstart..
Some pacing it slow..
Some falling behind..
Some acing it from the word go.
Some taking their chances..
Some conciously stepping aside..
Some playing only to win..
Some taking failures in their stride. 

We are all playing this game..
This game called Life.
Each at different levels..
Living diverse timelines..
Winning unique medals..
Some grabbing them early..
Some way past their prime.
Different lives..
Different struggles..
Different strengths..
Different 'tactical drills'. 

We are all playing this game..
This game called Life.
One thing at a time..
Each figuring out the way..
Patience, perseverance, optimism ..
Relentlessly, obstinately keeping..
Frustration, pessimism at bay. 

Garnished with sprinkles of positivity.
Clearing one test after the other..
Vulnerable, yet resolute..
Steadfastly inching further..
Making individual strides..
In one's own distinct pace..
Overcoming incessant stormy tides..
Just to keep up with the chase.. 

The zestful will to thrive, not perish..
The resolve to grow, prosper, flourish..
Wishes to fulfill, dreams to nourish..
Demons to vanquish, moments to cherish.. 

Unfalteringly, unwaveringly, with utmost grace..
Valiantly holding up one's unique space..
Moving the heavens and moving the Earth..
Just to sustain, to survive this manic race. 
This race of Life.

Players every where..
All playing the same game..
This game.. 
This Big Game called Life.

    Superb and so true. Every single word. Only in this game the coach is life itself. The rules of the game is our value system and adapting to the field is the necessity to continue playing this game of life.
